How to Match HES CODE with Istanbulkart (Istanbul Transportation Card)

To use public transport in Istanbul you need HES Code matched with your Istanbul Card.
To get HES Code you need local SIM card.

1. Buy a SIM Card(Costs around 160 Turkish Liras for 20 GB)
2. Send a message to “2023” writing HES + Nationality + Passport Number + Year of Birth + Surname + Days you gonna spend in Turkey
